小儿消化道异物无痛内镜取出术的护理

目的探讨小儿消化道异物无痛内镜取出术的护理经验。方法分析和总结18例小儿消化道异物无痛内镜取出术的护理经过。结果 15例食管异物和3例胃内异物均安全取出,无1例护理并发症的发生。结论明确异物的性质和部位是治疗成功的前提;密切观察病情变化,做好手术的配合是手术成功的重要保证。

Objective To investigate the nursing of children endoseopically operated urgently for the foreign bodies in their upper digestive tracts. Methods Operation was taken under general anesthesia, Olympus electronic endoscope was used, and the right kind of forceps according to the characters of foreign body was selected. Result 15 cases of esophageal foreign bodies and 3 cases of gastric foreign bodies were removed safely, and no complication occurred. Conclusion Anesthesial endoscopy and successful nursing was important in endoscopical removal of foreign bodies in upper digestive tract in children.
