随着网络的普及应用,网络犯罪也日益严重,成为当今社会的新型犯罪形式之一,同时,网络犯罪以其自身的独特性也成为犯罪预防和治理的难点。试从网络犯罪的特征入手,以期对司法实践中的网络犯罪的防治起到借鉴作用。

With the growing popularity of Intemet, the issue of Intemet security and intemet crime become boomed and complicated. Meanwhile it is a new type of crime, which is different from traditional crimes. It is no doubt that this type of crime is difficult to deal with. This paper try to analysis its specific characteristics , hoping to provide judicial bodies and common people certain references.
