天津口岸5353名涉外婚姻者婚前体检结果分析

Result analysis of the pre-marital check-up for 5 353 persons who marry foreign nations

目的分析探讨了开展涉外婚姻者婚前体检的必要性。方法回顾性分析天津国际旅行卫生保健中心自1995年3月1日-2003年9月30日间对5 353名涉外婚姻者婚前体检。结果检出各类疾病及传染病612例,占体检人数的11．43％。结论开展涉外婚姻者婚前体检有效地避免了某些传染病的传播。

Objective To research the necessity of carrying out the pre-marital check-ups among the persons who＇ll marry foreign nations. Methods A retrospective analysis were made for 5 353 cases of pre-marital check-ups among the persons who marry foreigners by TianJin international travel healthcare center from 1, March, 1995 to 30, September, 2003. Results 612 cases of diseases and infectious diseases have been examined, which make up 11.43% of those who accepted the pre-marital check-ups. Conclusion Carrying out the pre-marital check-ups among the persons who marry foreigners can avoid disseminating of the certain infectious disease effectively.
