多抗性玉米自交系E28的选育与利用 被引量:14

摘要 E28是以A619Ht1为母本,旅9宽为父本,1977年组配,经与旅9宽回交三次,然后自交选育而成.试验、示范结果表明:E28抗大斑Ht1基因,抗病、抗虫、抗倒、配合力高,生育期适中.以E28为父本与Mo17Ht1、500U等为母本,配制成的丹玉13号、沈单7号杂交种,已在全国范围内大面积应用推广,成为近年来国内同类研究水平中,应用面积最大、经济效益最高的一个优良自交系. Inbred line E28 was derived from cross Lu-9kuan×A619Ht1 in 1977,and back crossed with Lu-9kuan for three times,then selected from its self-pollinated progeny. E28 has the gene Ht1 which resisted to Hlminthosprium Turcicum and also has the characters to resist corn borer and lodging resistance. It has high combining ability and wide adaptaion in most province in China. The hybrid varieties Mo17Ht1×E28 and 5003×E28 named as Danyu-13 and Shen Dan-7 occupied larger areas of maize than any other hybrids. The economic effetiveness and planting areas of hybrids with E28 is the best and largest one in China in recent year.
