摘要 骨髓干细胞可分化为心肌细胞、血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞等,能再生心肌和血管,可用于心肌梗死的治疗。本文就骨髓干细胞在血管新生方面的生物学特性及其对心梗后的血管新生作用作一综述。 Bone marrow stem cells can differentiate into cardiocytes, vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells, regenerate myocardium and blood vessel. They can be used in the therapy of myocardial infarction. The biology character of bone marrow stem cell and the effect on angiogenesis of acute myocardial infarction are summarized.
