重视大型购物中心行业的资金密集型和技术密集型的产品经营规律,研究购物中心的生命周期并实施创新管理,是天河城保持业绩持续增长的成功经验。杰弗里.穆尔的市场发展生命周期理论和天河城(TEEMALL)购物中心的成功经验,都阐明一个道理:大型购物中心的发展不仅要搞好开发和经营,更要注重管理和创新。
Attaching importance to product management law of being capital intensive and technology intensive in large shopping malls, conducting research of shopping malls' life cycle and carrying out innovative management are the successful experiences of Guangzhou Teemall. Both Jeffrey Mall' s theory of market development life cycle and Teemall' s experiences illustrate one principle: the development of large shopping malls demands more attention on management and innovation.
