引种与野生绞股蓝药用成分比较研究

摘要 对海南岛引种与野生的6种绞股蓝总皂甙、氨基酸、微量元素及营养物质化学成分的含量变化.迸行了比较分析.结果表明:总皂甙、皂甙元高效薄层层析色谱(HPTLC)主要斑点(9~11)与人参皂甙基本一致,唯有引种的任梗绞股蓝斑点Rf值递变较大(0.28~0.89);总氨基酸含量,不管野生或栽培种,均以绞股蓝>喙果绞股蓝>单叶绞股蓝>疏花绞股蓝;微量元素含量是引种、野生的Si、Fe、Mn普遍高于人参总皂甙;各种矿质元素含量变化差异依Si>Fe>Zn>Mn>Sr>Cu>Sb>Cr>Pb>Mo>Se>Ni>V>Co. This paper studies the difference of the contents of medicinal component in planted and natural Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thumb) Makino in Hainan Island.The results show that total saponins and sapogenins are basically consistent with ginseng saponins in main spats of HPTLC and Rf value of spats in planted G.longipes C.Y.Wu is higher (0. 28~0. 89).It is showed that, no matter whether it is planted or natural,the content of total amino acid in Gynostemma pentaphyllum is the highest. For the trace elements, the contents of Si, Fe and Mn in both planted and natural ones are higher than that of total ginseng saponins.The degree of the difference of the contents is as follows:Si > Fe > Zn > Mn> Sr> Cu> Sb > Cr >Pb> Mo > Se > Ni> V> Co.
