摘要 钻井过程中扭矩参数的精确测量一直是钻井工程中的一大难题,长期以来人们一直在探索。目前国内外对有关钻柱扭矩测量的方法与研究工作有了较大的进展,但在解决扭矩测量问题方面,仍有一定的难度。为此,对钻柱扭矩测量的国内外发展状况进行了概括介绍,并在此基础上重点介绍了由西南石油学院新近开发的方补心扭矩仪,简介了该仪器的基本构成、测量原理;讨论了通过扭矩的测量来判断扭矩振动的强烈程度。经室内试验及现场应用,证实方补心扭矩仪为直接测量钻柱扭矩提供了一种可靠的保证。 The accurate measurement of torque parameter during drilling has been a big difficult problem in drilling engineering, which has been studied by people all the time. At present, the considerable progress has been made in the work concerned with the methods and researches of drill string torque measurement at home and abroad, but in the aspect of solving the problem of torque measurement, there are still a certain difficulties. For this reason, the paper made a brief introduction of the internal and external development state of drill string torque measurement, and based on this, it focused introduction on kelly bushing torque gauge which was developed by Southwest Petroleum Institute in recent time, briefly introduced its basic constitution and measurement principles and also discussed judging torque vibration intensity through torque measurement. Lab testing and on-site application confirmed that kelly bushing torque gauge provided a reliable guarantee for directly measuring drill string torque.
