摘要
针对现有综合录井仪使用的随钻压力监测计算模型中的不确定因素较多,易受人为因素的影响而使监测数值精度不够等问题,通过影响因素的对比分析,该文提出了一种新的计算模型,同时将钻前预测即利用邻井声波测井资料确定出相对准确的地层压力趋势线,然后用实时监测的压力系数与声波曲线拟合,再确定出dcs趋势线,称为动、静态结合的计算方法,通过编程可直接用于各种综合录井仪上的实时监测。经过现场测试,在一定程度上提高了地层压力的预测及监测精度。
In view of the problems of indeterminate factors existed in computation model of pressure monitoring while drilling with mud logging unit, the human factors which made accuracy of monitoring numerical values inadequate etc., and through influence factors′correlation analysis, the paper put forward a new computing model, that is, first, in pre-drilling prediction, making use of adjacent well acoustic logging data to determine the relatively accurate formation pressure trend line, then with reference to this line, matching real-time monitoring formation pressure coefficient with acoustic curves to decide dcs trend line, so this model was also called dynamic and static combination computing method. Through programming, this method can be directly used for real-time monitoring on various kinds of comprehensive mud logging units, on-site testing confirmed that it had improve formation pressure prediction and monitoring accuracy in a certain extent.
