摘要
井场实时定量钻井液气体检测与恒温控制一直是人们不断探索的一个课题。以FLAIR系统为例,阐述了系统软硬件组成及应用范围,FLAIR系统实现了实时钻井液的定量气体检测;为确保气体的充分分析,气体传输装置进行了优化设计,实现了恒流、恒温和负压控制;由于高效性的色谱和质谱仪连用,气体检测分析已达到C8且可对非烃气体进行选择性精确分析。初步应用实践表明,FLAIR系统检测分析数据准确、可靠,具有广泛的推广应用前景。
Wellsite real-time quantitative drilling fluid gas detection and thermostatic control is a problem that people have sought to solve. Taking FLAIR system as an example, the paper introduced its software and hardware composition and application range, FLAIR system realized the quantitative gas detection of drilling fluid in real time. In order to insure adequate analysis of the gas and through the optimization design to the gas conveyor, the constant flow, constant temperature and negative pressure control were realized. Due to the highly efficient application of chromatograph and mass spectrograph, the gas detection and analysis has reached C8, and the selective and accurate analysis could be made to nonhydrocarbon gases as well. The preliminary application practice showed that its detecting and analyzing data were accurate and reliable, and there would be a broad prospect in spreading and application of the FLAIR wellsite real-time fluid detecting system.
