摘要
针对铂电阻用于深低温测量进行了探讨.应用拟合方法获得了-200℃～0℃温度区段的直接表达式,并在智能仪表中得到了应用.结果表明,达到了0.01℃的精度.
This paper briefly introduces the method which adopts RTD（PT100）for lower temperature measuring. By using the multinomial curve fitting, the expression which have 0.01℃ accuracy between -200℃ -0℃ can be got and then be applied in measure meter. The results have indicated the precision of 0.01℃.
