大学生就业工作模式转变与高校共青团服务策略探索

The Shift of The Undergradtlate Students' Elhployment Modes And The Exploration Towards The Campus Service Provided By Youth League

市场经济条件下高等教育事业的飞速发展,实现了由精英教育向大众化教育的转变,由此出现高校毕业生就业工作方面的新问题,引起了社会的关注。对此,用“职业生涯发展辅导”这一新的就业工作模式代替原有的“就业指导”模式是大势所趋。高校团组织应该适应就业工作的变化,改变服务方法与策略,实现共青团组织满足社会需求和服务青年的根本职能。

The acceleration of high education caused by the marketing oriented economic contributed to the spiritual change of high education from the elite education to the general education. As one of the consequences, considerable attentions have been paid to the employment of these undergraduate students. Hence it seems necessary to replace the original “employment guidance” to “the vocational career guide service”. At the same time, universities also should fully prepare to cope with the dynamic change of the employment conditions： changing the way of providing service and strategy, fulfilling the demand of society and enhance the fundamental function of Youth League.
