摘要
当前,高校后勤管理面临严峻的信息互联互通问题,包括认识与技术问题,尤其体制瓶颈问题。为了解决这些问题,其对策研究提出“e培训计划”、建立ULRP系统以及改善激励机制等建议,以求顺利实现后勤管理的信息互联互通。
This paper begins with the discussion of some serious problems that have arisen in information exchanges in university logistics management, then moves on with the analysis of the defects in both technology and mechanism that have led to the failure of effective and efficient exchanges, and finally comes up with such proposals as launching E-training Project and ULRP, and improving the stimulation mechanism.
