摘要 为了检测全息平台的隔震、消震性能,分别讨论了迈克耳逊干涉和马赫-泽德干涉的干涉原理,并利用两种干涉光检测了两种全息平台的隔震、消震性能.结果表明,2M多功能全息平台比JQS-B型全息平台的稳定性好;对于外来的干扰,检测时产生的条纹漂移量不超过1/8条,说明工作台隔震效果较好;对于人为引入的干扰,条纹急速晃动后能在几秒钟稳定下来,则表明平台消震性能良好. To test the property of isolation and elimination of tremble of holographic platform, the interference principles of Michelson interferometer and Mach-Zehnder interferometer were discussed, and the examined methods were used to test the platform. The results showed: The stability of 2M holographic platform that of JQS-B holographic platform;The property of tremble isolation was satisfied because the excursion was under 1/8 stripe for the outside disturb,The property of tremble elimination was also satisfied because the stripe couls be rapidly stabilified after the artificial stripe tremble.
