摘要
本文从企业治理与资本结构的关系入手,结合我国国有企业资本结构的现状及其对企业治理造成的影响,探索适合我国国情、有中国特色的最优企业治理结构与资本结构组合.笔者提出消除国有股一股独大,优化资本市场,推进股权多元化是促进我国国有企业治理的有效途径.
The paper discusses about the relationship of corporate governance and capital structure, analyzes the effect on the corporate governance of state-owned enterprise from its capital structure. At last, the paper puts forward some solutions to improve the current situation： dispeling high proportion of state-owned stock, optimizing the capital market, advancing the stock right pluralism and etc.
