摘要
在科学技术和信息技术飞速发展的今天,人在社会中的作用愈加重要,人性化管理理论应运而生.人性化管理就是把人看成是最重要的资源,强调“以人为本”的管理.我国古代儒家文化提倡“天生万物,唯人为贵”,主张“仁者爱人”,其中所蕴含的“以人为中心”的古代管理思想对现今的“人性化管理”思想有着很好的借鉴力与参考价值.
This paper analyses the relatioaship between Confucianism and Humanism Management. Humanism management is the management, in which important of human beings was emphasized and people was regarded as the most importance wealth. The idea, human nature is the most valuable, which is advocated by Confucianism, is just the theoretic foundation of the management idea based on human beings.
