进入90年代以来,我国农民的收入增长缓慢,与城市的差距是越来越大了.要振兴农业,提高农民们的收入.必须进一步把农民们组织起来,千家万户的小农经济是难以应对千变万化的大市场;需要组织各种形式的合作经济;要针对国情,面向农民,大力发展劳动密集型产业,把一部分农民转移到第二、第三产业从事工业生产;要提高农民们发展现代农业和竞争就业岗位的能力,就必须加大对农村的教育投入,有计划有组织地开办好各种形式的职业技能教育,从根本上提高农民们的素质.

To improve the peasants＇ ability of developing modem agriculture and compet- ing for employment, the input in education should be strengthened in the country and various kinds of vocational-technical education should be run organizedly and in a planned way, so the peasants＇ quality can be improved fundamentally.
