当前我国高职办学理念浅析

Analysis of the Idea of Running School of Current Higher Vocation Education in China

通过对当前我国高职教育的办学背景、内涵进行分析,提出了高职教育的办学策略.树立正确的办学理念对高职教育至关重要,高职院校应该切实把握高职教育的内涵,注重体现高职特色.

Many psychological problems exist among college teachers. The interacting factors that influence their psychological health comes from the following： society, school, family and the teacher himself. The protection of college teachers＇ psychological health should be taken into account as a part of ideological work： create active and harmonious atmosphere; set up a special agency to provide psychological advice and help; make the psychological education a part of the teachers＇ continuous education. And college teachers should be fully aware of their own psychological condition, learn psychological care and know self- adjustment.
