摘要
分析了废旧冰箱回收处理现状,建立了废旧冰箱回收工艺路线,介绍了废旧冰箱回收工厂设施布置设计的一般方法和过程.采用系统布置法(SLP)对废旧冰箱回收工厂总平面布置和车间布置进行了设计;利用时间Petri网对车间物流系统建模并给予优化,得出回收工厂详细布置图,并用E-Factory对该回收厂三维仿真.
In this paper, the present situation of waste refrigerators recycling and disposing is analyzed first, and then the general recycling process of waste refrigerators is established. As a whole in the paper,the general method and process of the design of recycling factories facility of waste refrigerators are introduced: by adopting systematic layout planning (SLP)method the general layout design of recycling plants is accomplished; By adopting Petri Net, the model of logistics system of workshops is established and then optimized, and finally the detailed layout chart of recycling plants is gained. In the end of the paper,by adopting E-factory, the recycling plants are simulated, and it demonstrates that the method mentioned above is effective.
