Study on the Method of Thinking Reverse Logistics Reversely

针对现有逆向物流管理系统中信息收集困难,营运设施不健全等特点,通过研究逆向物流信息系统结构,提出将逆向物流正向化的思维方法,使逆向物流在观念中转化为传统的正向物流,以利用现有正向物流的一些技术、信息、设施,来简化对逆向物流的管理.

This paper aims at the characteristic of existing reverse logistics management system,such as the difficulty of information collection, the lack of working establishment, and studies the system structure of reverse logistics, brings forward the method of thinking reverse logistics in a reverse way, by which reverse logistics can be translated into traditional logistics in our minds, then reverse logistics can be easily managed through using some technology, information and establishment of existing traditional logistics.
