摘要
操作系统在数控系统的应用简化了数控系统的开发.操作系统的选择与合理运用直接关系到数控系统的性能.本文介绍了μC/OSⅡ特点,以实例分析了μC/OSⅡ在数控系统中的应用并构造了数控系统的模型.采用μC/OSⅡ作为操作系统的数控系统具有优异的实时性、稳定性,满足高精加工要求的同时,具有良好的开放性、人机界面与网络支持.对于中小型的数控系统,选用μC/OSⅡ作为操作系统是一个很好的选择.
The application of OS in NC systems simplifies the development of NC system. The choice of OS and rational application affect the performance of NC system. The characteristics of μC/OSⅡ are introduced. The application of μC/OSⅡ in NC systems by cases and construction model of NC system are analysed. The solution of using μC/OSⅡ as OS of NC system provides good performance of real-time and robustness and meets high precision requirement. Meanwhile, it has good openness, man-machine interface and network support. It is a good choice to most of medium and small NC system.
