摘要
通过对2003年-2004年某三级甲等医院医疗服务投诉的统计,分析当前医疗服务投诉的构成,阐述当前医疗投诉从以医疗质量为主到服务——工勤保障——医疗质量转变的趋势。针对当前医疗服务投诉新变化、新挑战,笔者认为要树立三大新理念,实施三大新转变,开展三大新服务,全力确保患者满意。
Through analysis on compliment on drawbacks in medical services in a third - grade hospital during the year of 2003 - 2004, the author gives a picture of the stracture of the medical services today and tells a trend of such compliement goes from service itself security and guatity of the services. Facing the now challenge and charges on compliment today, the anthor holds the idea that establishing 3 new principles, 3 nes reformations and 3 new services to make sure the patients are satisfied.
