摘要
所谓人机对话,就是用户通过口语与计算机对话系统进行turn-by-turn形式的对话,目的在于帮助用户准确、快捷地获取或处理特定任务领域的某些信息.参考Grice的合作原则与会话准则,定义人机对话的响应适当准则有三:反馈信息准确,提示信息适度,和表述方式自然.并进一步结合北京票务信息系统(BEST)的应用实例,讨论了响应适当准则在开发与设计对话系统响应生成器中的指导性作用.
Human - machine dialog refers to users to interact with spoken dialog systems of computer by using natural spoken language. And via human - machine dialog, spoken dialog systems can help users solve some problem in a specific domain correctly and quickly. Refer to the Grice cooperative principle and conversational maxim, an ap- propriate maxim of system response is defined as follows: feed back information correctly, offer suggestive information neither more nor less, and express in spoken as natural as possible. Furthermore, an application instance of the appropriate maxim for BEST is showed too, and the guiding effect of the appropriate maxim in developing and designing the generator of spoken dialog system is discussed based on application results.
