摘要
采用微波消解样品,通过优化实验条件建立了氢化物发生原子荧光法测定中药黄柏中微量砷的含量.结果表明,该方法灵敏简便、快速准确.砷的检出限为0.062ug/L,线性范围为0~32ug/L;样品分析结果的相对标准偏差为5.86%(n=6),加标回收率为94.12%~104.81%.
A hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was developed for the determination of trace arsenic in phellodendron Chinese schneid with microwave digestion systerm under optimized experimental conditions. This method proved to be sensitive, simple and rapid with satisfactory results. Detection limit of arsenic was 0. 062 ug/L, and the linear range for arsenic determination was 0 - 32 ug/L. The relative standard deviation of the six samnles was 5.86%. and the recovery was in the range of 94. 12%-104.81%.
