中医肾病治疗信息中关联规则的挖掘算法

An algorithm of mining association rules of treatment information dealing with TCM Nephrosis

数据挖掘是数据库研究领域的一个热门话题,数据挖掘和中医药相结合,将会为中医药治疗数据的深入研究提供一个热门研究方向与挑战。讨论了中医药方剂规律挖掘技术所涉及到的问题,提出了一种肾病中医治疗信息的关联规则挖掘算法,实验结果证明算法是实用而有效的。

Data mining is a hot point in the research of database area. The combination of data mining and traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） field will provide us with a very promising means and a hopeful opportunity to do research on the TCM treatment data. The problem involved in mining regularities of TCM prescriptions is first discussed, and then an algorithm is presented to mine association rules of treatment information dealing with TCM Nephrosis. Results of experiments indicate that our approach is practical and effective.
