摘要
2008年,我国将在北京、青岛、香港分设赛场举办奥运会.届时这3个城市内以及城市间都将产生较大的出行交通量.同时,会有一些特殊车辆在奥运通道上行驶.针对奥运交通需求特点,建立了一个基于G IS-T的奥运交通管理与信息服务平台.它将奥运交通涉及的交通紧急事件管理、奥运交通组织、辅助决策支持、交通信息服务等系统整合在统一的平台上,实现资源共享,提高系统运行效率.通过数据融合、分析和处理,为不同层次的用户主体提供信息服务和辅助决策支持.
The 2008 Olympic Games will be hold in Beijing and Qingdao. At that time,there will be large traffic volume within and through the two cities. And many special vehicles will travel through the Olympic channels. Based on the Olympic traffic demand and characters,the author built an Olympic transportation management and information service platform. Some Olympic related systems were integrated under this uniform platform,such as the emergency management system,Olympic traffic organizing system ,traveler information system,etc. The platform realized the data sharing and improved the efficiency of the whole Olympic transportation system. Through data fusion and data mining ,it can provide the assistant decision-making support and information service for customers of different levels.
