摘要
影响桥梁安全性能评估的因素很多,而采用层次分析方法可以将诸多因素条理化和清晰化,但无法反映判断的不确定性和模糊性.文章在此基础上引入模糊分析法,通过专家咨询,将各因素层次化,并且构造模糊一致性判断矩阵,计算出各层因素指标的权重.经过多级模糊运算后,最终得出模糊评估结果,并通过实例应用验证了采用此种方法的可行性.
There are numerous factors in influencing the security and durability of the bridges. And the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process can make the bridge state assessment simple and clear. However, it cannot think of the uncertainty and fuzzy of the evaluation. For this reason, this paper attempts to introduce the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process approach to assess the bridges. To this approach, on the basis of the consultation of experts, a multi-layer model of the factors, which influences the working state of the bridge is developed. Then, the fuzzy consistency judgment matrix and fuzzy comment scores of the structure is constructed. And the weight of the factor index of every layer is calculated out. Finally, through multistage fuzzy operation, the final result of assessment is received by means of the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment. In the end, an example is presented that demonstrates the feasibility of this approach.
