Comprehensive evaluation of an enterprise's techno-innovation dynamics

如何科学有效地测度企业技术创新动力是一个难点问题,为此构建了基于主成分投影法的企业技术创新动力综合评价模型.在遵循相关原则的基础上,建立了以外部动力和内部动力为二级指标的综合评价指标体系,介绍了主成分投影法的基本步骤与在文中的运用原理,通过应用实例简要地说明了评价模型的具体操作过程.实证研究表明:该模型能够消除指标间信息重叠的影响,评价结果客观、准确.它的构建对于政府和企业具有重要的参考价值.

The challenge remains as how to scientifically dynamics. To achieve this, a comprehensive evaluative and efficiently measure an enterprise＇ s techno-innovation index system model was constructed on the basis of principal components projection, with external and internal dynamics as its second index. Test results demonstrate that the model is capable of diminishing the influence of the informative overlaps of these indexes. Its evaluative result is objective and veracious, thus providing significant, research value to government and enterprises.
