惰性粒子流化床干燥器中干燥强度的关联模型 被引量:4

摘要 针对气体分布板开直孔的惰性粒子流化床干燥器,以洗衣粉悬浮液为对象,考察了进风速度、惰性粒子直径、进料体积流量、物料初始质量分数、进风温度和静床高对干燥强度的影响,并与气体分布板开斜孔的干燥器干燥强度进行了初步比较。结果表明:适当提高进风速度、进料体积流量、进风温度、静床高,或将气体分布板的孔道由直孔改为斜孔,干燥器的干燥强度将增大;相反,若提高惰性粒子直径或物料初始质量分数,则干燥器的干燥强度将减小。在此基础上,结合因次分析法,建立了用于计算干燥强度的准数关联模型。 The drying of detergent suspending liquor was investigated in an inert particles fluidized bed drier with vertical-hole distributor, and the effects of gas rate of entrance, particles diameter, feed volume, initial concentration, gas temperature of entrance and static bed height on drying intensity were analyzed. At the same time, the drying intensity was compared with that of drier with tilted-hole distributor. The results show that the drying intensity increases with adding gas rate of entrance, feed volume, gas temperature of entrance or static bed height, and decreases with adding particles diameter or initial concentration. If the hole shape of distributor from vertical-hole to tilted-hole is changed, the drying intensity of drier can be enhanced also. A correlation formula with dimensionless number group is established to calculate the drying intensity.
