摘要
该文探讨了天然复合填料白云石凹凸棒土经表面改性后填充橡胶雨靴的可行性,并对填充样进行了力学测试和微观形貌考察。研究结果表明,经硬脂酸改性后的白云石凹凸棒土在胶料中填充量大幅度提高,可达到110 g/100 g胶料,并具有良好的相容性,可缩短混炼时间,胶料压延性能好,胶片平整光滑,光泽度好。与轻质碳酸钙相比,改性后的白云石凹凸棒土可以显著提高填充胶样的拉伸强度、300%定伸强度、断裂伸长率和粘附强度,分别比轻钙填充胶样提高了57.8%、100%、5.5%、16%。
This paper explores filling feasibility of modified dolomite-attapulgite (a nature compound filling) in boot surface rubber and makes a mechanics test and a micostructure analysis on filled samples. The experimental results indicate that the filling volume of dolomite-attapulgite modified by stearic acid increases, reaching 110 g/ 100 g rubber, and the filling is very compatible in boot surface rubber with shortening filling time. The mechanism performance is improved greatly after filling treatment, and the sample is more smooth and glossy. Compared with the light calcium carbonate, the rapture elongate ratio and the intension of tensile, 300%modulns at definite elongation and adhesive can increase by 57.8%, 100%, 5.5%, 16%, respectively.
