四川小麦新品系区域试验产量稳定性分析 被引量:4

摘要 运用混合线性模型和AMMI模型,对四川小麦新品系两年区域试验的产量进行稳定性分析。结果表明,在混合线性模型中,影响产量的随机效应方差分量以品系与年份互作最大,年份和地点互作也较高。多重比较表明,46548-3、川麦107、98-18、R25和R88的产量显著高于对照川麦28。回归参数和置信区间分析表明,多数品系稳定性表现相似,但以99-1572最好。AMMI模型分别解释了2002和2003年的92.6%和76.9%的互作平方和;其双标图显示,环境改变较品系变异对小麦产量的影响更大。同时,通过AMMI2双标图得到各参试品系与环境间的互作情况。此外,通过稳定性参数Di值和AMMI1的品种排序分析揭示出各参试品系的稳定性表现,其中Y1496-15在两年区试中均表现稳定,而R88和46548-3则呈现出特殊的环境适应性。 By using the mixed linear and AMMI models, the yield stabilities of wheat genotypes in 2002's and 2003's Sichuan recommendation trials were analyzed. It is found that genotype x year and year × environment variance components have relatively significant effects on the yield performance. Multiple comparisons reveal that the yields of five genotypes (i. e. 46548 - 3, Chuanmai107, 98 - 18, R25 and R88) are significant higher than that of the control (Chuanmai 28). Based on the regression parameter and confidence interval, it is observed that the yield of 99 - 1572 has the highest stability in comparison with the remaining genotypes with the similar yield stabilities. AMMI model can explain 92.6 % and 76.9 % of genotype x environment interactions in 2002 and 2003, respectively. AMMI 1 bioplots show that the environments have higher contribution to the yield variances than those of the tested genotypes. And AMMI 2 bioplots indicate the suitable environment with good stability for each tested genotype. Based on the comparative biplots of the tested genotypes on AMMI 1 and the Di values, the stability of each tested genotype is discriminated. The yield performance of Y1496 - 15 is stable in the two years, whereas R88 and 46548- 3 have special adaptabilities in environment.
