上海地区工程建设项目安全绩效与业主作用的调查初步分析

Primarily Analysis of Investigation of Safety Proformance and Owners' Behaviors in Construction Project of Shanghai Area

作为建设项目的投资方,业主是连接项目参与各方的纽带,是项目的计划、组织、协调和控制者,业主是否重视并积极参与安全管理将对工程的安全绩效有着重要的影响。通过对上海地区71个项目业主参与工程安全管理的现状调研和问卷分析,提出了六项业主显著影响项目安全绩效的因素,并指出可以通过业主对安全的态度和参与安全管理的行为措施对工程项目的安全绩效发挥积极的促进作用。

Being the investor of the construction projects, the owner, which comes into contact with the different parties involved in construction industry, is the planner,organizer, coordinator and controller of the project. Whether the owner attaches much importance to or participates in the safety management or not will have great influence on project safety performance. In this paper, based on totally 71 contractors of Shanghai have been interviewed for the status of the owner＇s concern and participation in construction safety about their contracting projects, are 6 factors have been brought up that have great influence on project safety performance. It is concluded that attitudes or behaviors of the owner to construction safety have played an important role in project safety performance.
