摘要
采用化学分析方法对蒌蒿的水分、灰分、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、游离氨基酸和总碳水化合物等成分的含量进行了测定,并与常见蔬菜的营养成分进行了比较。结果表明,萎蒿的营养十分丰富,是一种很有发展前途的营养食品资源。
The comprsitions of moisture, ash, protein, fat, vitamin C, free amino acid and total carbohydrate in seleng wormood were mensurated by chemical analysis. Nutrition component sitions seleng wormood and familiar vegetables was compared. The results show that there are abundant nutrition componsitions in seleng wormood. Therefore, seleng wormood has a bright fature as a nutrition vegetable.
