The Probe into the Ego-education of Higher Vocational Students

促进自我教育的教育才是真正的教育。传统的教育忽视学生的主体意识，缺少学生自我教育的空间，如何才能改变这种状况？结合高职学生的具体情况，可以从以下几个方面加以改进：让学生找回自我；让学生在内省中达到“慎独”；让学生在参与中获得体验；让学生在表现中赢得自信；让学生自己解决矛盾。

It is the real education that improves the ego-education. The traditional education ignores the students＇ main consciousness, lacks the space in which the students have the ego-education. How to change the situation？ The paper mainly discussed in following aspects, based on the concrete conditions of vocational students： to encourage the students to pick up the ego; to let the students get the “cautious alone”; to let them acquire the experiences ha the anticipation; to see them win the confidence in the performance; to see them solve the problems by themselves.
