高职院校高年级的学生有一些独特的心理特点，如不及时加以引导，容易引发心理障碍，影响他们的学习和就业，进而影响到高职院校的和谐发展。分析了高年级学生心理问题的主要特点和产生原因，在此基础上提出了加强高职院校学生心理健康教育的途径和方法。

Senior students in higher vocational colleges have some special psychological characteristics; it may cause psychological disease if we ignore them. These problems will affect their study and even their employment, and they may also influence higher vocational colleges＇ harmony development. By discussing the causes of psychological problems, this article puts forward the solutions to these problems.
