对辅导员队伍建设的几点思考

根据几年来的学生工作实践，对辅导员队伍的工作现状、职责进行了分析，对建设辅导员队伍的途径和措施如建立辅导员激励和淘汰机制、辅导员考核和培养机制、专业化建设、自身学习等方面提出了自己的建议和意见。

Based on the practical experience ha student work ha recent years, the author makes an analysis of the present situation and duties concerned with the work of instructors, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions for further improvement of instructor construction, mechanisms for spurring and eliminating, assessment and cultivation, specialization construction and studies on how to improve oneself.
