在过去的十年中,制冷空调产品已经由原来的高利润产品下降为微利产品。与此同时高职院校的制冷空调专业的同质竞争加剧,招生与就业两难。高职院校的制冷空调专业如何进行教学改革,为社会培养合适的人才,是专业发展面临的严峻问题。改变传统制冷空调专业教育中的“非工程化”倾向,为中国制冷与空调行业的明天做好人才准备,是制冷空调专业教学的职责所在。

In the past ten years, refrigeration ＆ air-conditioning products decreased into a tiny-profits commodity from a high-profits merchandise. At the same time, the competition inside the refrigeration ＆ air-conditioning deprtment has became more and more rough, the recruit and employment of students also became difficult. The key problem of subject＇s development is how to reform the teaching and train the appropriate talent for the society. The shift from ＂non-engineering tendency＂ in the traditional education of refrigeration ＆ air-conditioning department must be the duty of professional teaching job to prepare for tomorrow＇s refrigeration ＆ air-conditioning industry.
