摘要
结合工程实例,分析了某中学教学楼墙体开裂和整体倾斜的事故原因,并对工程事故进行了合理处理.纠偏前全面调查了工程质量及工程环境,分析了建筑物倾斜的根本原因,同时,对多种处理方案进行了技术性和经济性的比较,决定采用经济、快速且技术成熟的压力灌浆和局部掏土相结合的纠偏方案.施工中严格控制工艺流程和技术参数,仔细观测并严格控制建筑物的沉降.实践证明,不均匀沉降基本得到控制,纠偏效果良好.
This paper analysed the failure reasons that caused cracks of the wall and the tilting teaching building with the engineering practice of a middle school, introduced the reasonable measurement of the failures. Before reinforcing and rectifying the tilting, the author investigated roundly the engineering quality and the engineering environment, analysed the basic reasons of building tilting, compared several schemes from technology to economic effectiveness at the same time, and decided to adopt a economic, quick and progress method combined the grouting with the dig soil holes to rectify it. In the construction, we strictly controled process flow and the technology parameter, carefully observed and strictly controled the settlements of building. It was a fact that the non-uinform settlement has been controled, and the rectifying has gained good effect and notable economic benefit.
