关于西固老工业基地经济发展的思考

On the Economic Development of Xigu District, the Old Industrial Base

西固区老工业基地的结构性矛盾,即二重结构是影响其区域经济持续协调发展的内在原因。提出通过整合区内工业资源使其形成企业集群、调整农业实现产业化、加强商贸餐饮服务业以消除、淡化西固产业结构的二重性,以实现整个区域经济系统的协调发展,这对于老工业基地的振兴具有现实意义。

The two- fold industrial structures of Xigu District, the old industrial base, has caused structural contradiction, which is the deep reason of influencing its sustaining and harmonious regional economical development.This article advocates that it is of special value to realize harmonious development of the whole regional economic system and refresh the old industrial base by taking the following measures： combining the industrial resources to form enterprise groups; adjusting agriculture to industrialization; strengthen commercial, food and service industries to weaken the two -fold characteristic of the industrial structure.
