The system of plea bargaining has been given more attention in legal and practical fields for its simplication, flexibility .low cost and high efficiency .This paper mainly introduces the emergency and development of this system and it＇s valuable notion, and probes into the necessity which china recom mend and the flame of Chinese plea bargaining system.
