摘要
目的 总结37例Mirizzi综合征的诊治经验，提高术前术中对本征的认识。方法 回顾性分析37例Mirizzi综合征病人的临床资料。结果 37例均手术证实，其中术前确诊4例，全部经手术治愈。结论 Mirizzi综合征术前诊断困难。B超是术前常规检查，ERCP可提高诊断率。手术根据病理分型而定。
Objective To improve the understanding of the Mirizzi＇s syndrome preoperatively and intraoperatively. Methods The clinical material of 37 cases with of Mirizzis＇s syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 37 cases were veripied operation of them. 4 cases were diagnosed preoperativiely. 37 cases were fully recovered from operation. Conclusion Ifs difficult to make accurate diagnosis of Mirizzi＇s syndrome preoperatiuely. Ultracnography is a regular test before an operation. ERCP can improve the accuracy of diagnosis. And different operations are made on the basis of different pathology classification.
