Human Olympics is a kind of life philosophy aiming to strengthen man＇s body, will and spirit, and develops them in an all-round manner. It tries for a combination of sports, culture and education, and values people＇s rational cultivation and education of .social behavior. This paper attempts to help college students have a knowledge of Human Olympics, familiarize its connotation and carry forward its spirit, thus promoting the reformation of quality education at colleges and universities.
