青少年违法犯罪问题探析——以无锡市为例

目前青少年违法犯罪案件呈快速上升趋势,并呈现出新的态势。转型期社会加速了弱势青少年群体的边缘化倾向;社会的激烈竞争形成了学校和家庭教育的功利化趋势;不良的文化信息产品和不健康的文化环境等形成了青少年群体的亚文化,这些是当今青少年违法犯罪恶性发展的主要动因。预防和减少青少年违法犯罪是一项综合工程,必须构筑家庭、学校、社会的三道防线。

Presently, juvenile delinquency is developing rapidly with a new trend. This article points out three reasons for development of juvenile delinquency： 1） Society in the transforming stage contributes to pushing disadvantaged teenage group to the edge of society; 2） The fierce competition in the society results in the utility-oriented family and school education; 3） Unhealthy cultural product and environment form the subculture of teenage group. This article concludes that, as a comprehensive project, prevention of and decrease in number of juvenile delinquency could be realized by joint efforts of family, school and society.
