摘要
中小学信息化建设绩效评价指标体系的构建,要面向政府、学校和社会;构建时要遵循目的性、科学性、全面性、综合性和可操作性、符合实际以及可延续性等原则,文章据此提出了一套中小学信息化建设绩效评价指标体系,希望能为相关的研究提供参考。
This paper discusses the targets of constructing the elementary and middle schools information system, proposes that the construction should serve government, school and society and its construction should follow goal-oriented, scientific, comprehensive, operational, practical and sustainable principles. It also presents an assessment system of elementary and middle schools information construction achievements, which might serve as the reference for the related researches.
