A Brief Analysis of the Formation of Ancient Athenian Citizenship

公元前 6世纪至公元前 4世纪的雅典 ,古典民主政治相当发达 ,出现了令人称羡的公民权现象。在此对公民权提出了全新的定义并高度概括了古代雅典公民权的三大特点 :直接性、普遍性、排他性。从四个方面对雅典公民权的成因进行了探讨。

The ancient democracy was quite a success in Athens from the 6th century B. C. to the 4th century B. C. The citizenship appeared during this period of time. This paper just gave a new definition of citizenship and sumarized the characteristics of the ancient Athenian citizenship as follows： directness, universality and exclusion.
