As the reform of basic education deepens, teachers are facing unprecedented challenge and test. Some teachers have shown typical tiredness of profession, which restrains their creativity. This article just analyzes the contributing factors to this phenomenon, puts forward some possible solutions, and predicts the ideal state of mind of teachers in the future.
