论对行政权的外部监督

A Discussion on the Democratic Supervision of Administrative Power

中国在改革开放以后出现的行政权腐败现象,已引起全社会的高度关注。因此,约束行政行为,促使其更好地为公众利益服务具有重大的现实意义。本文认为,中国对行政权的治理必须依靠强力的外部监督,促使各行政机构依法行政。

The appearance of corruption in administrative power since the implementation of China＇ s open-door policy and reform has drawn great attention of the whole society. So, to limit the administrative behavior and make it serve the benefits of the public is of great significance in reality. This article strongly argues that the managenment of Chinese administrative power must depend on powerful democratic supervision so as to make sure that administrative organizations exercise their functions and powers by law.
