加入WTO后,我国的经济和社会进入了新的发展阶段。黑龙江省农业发展新阶段的重要标志是大力发展畜牧业。在农业结构调整中,以巩固和发展粮食综合生产能力为基础,大力提升畜牧业在黑龙江省农业中的地位,扩大经济作物和饲草、饲料作物的种植,把黑龙江省建成既是商品粮基地,又是食品加工、粮食加工、饲料加工、畜产品加工以及林、牧、副、渔协调发展的综合性农业生产基地。为此,分析了黑龙江省畜牧业技术及其装备的现状,并预测其发展趋势。

So researching on the present status of animal husbandry technology and equipment, predicting the development trend to prepare for the development of animal husbandry.
