摘要
制冷系统作为食品企业的能耗大户,其经济性将严重影响企业的运行成本。而不同设计的制冷系统,又决定了冷库的总投资成本不同。为此,建立了基于寿命期内,平均单位冷量总成本指标的冷库集中供冷与分散供冷系统的经济分析模型;通过建立冷库数学模型与计算机仿真分析运行成本,并结合实例对集中供冷与分散供冷系统进行了经济性分析。
In this paper, a model based on the lifetime-average overall cost per unit refrigerating capacity was established for the central system and separate system of food refrigerator. Using mathematical model of refrigerator and computer emulator for analyzing running cost of system was examined. An analysis of an existing separate refrigerating system was carried out, and the results were compared with those of a central refrigerating system.
