摘要
转盘轴承是一种能够同时承受较大轴向负荷Gp、径向负荷Hp以及倾覆力矩M的一种特殊结构轴承。绝大多数转盘轴承是利用螺栓连接在机架上的,因此螺栓就成为一种非常重要的机械零件。无论在挖掘机或起重机械中,挖掘力和起吊的负荷、机器上部的质量及力矩等均要通过连接螺栓传递到机器下部或机座上,若螺栓失效,必将造成严重的后果。为此,通过对转盘轴承中连接螺栓的特殊受力情况的分析,从保证连接的设计可靠性和提高螺栓使用寿命角度出发,应用可靠性准则对此连接形式中的各项参数进行了精确设计和计算。
The turnplate bearing is a special structure bearing, which is able to bear three kinds of load at the same time, The overwhelming majority of turnplate bearing are bound to the framework with bolts. So the bolt becomes an important machinery parts. In the digging machines or hoisting machineries, the load of digging force or sling weight and moments are transmitted to the bottom of machine or the engine base by means of binding bolts. If the bolts were failed, it would cause serious consequences. Hence, through analyzing the special stress condition of the binding bolt which is used in the turnplate bearing, also considering the design reliability and improving the working life of the bolt, using the reliability rule, accurate design and calculation of different parameters for binding bolt have been performed in the paper.
